Mathilde Piel is a multidisciplinary designer graduated from Central Saint Martins. Trained in architecture, her practice is inherently spatial. She approaches objects as artifacts in dialogue with the space surrounding them. By imagining new typologies, uses, and experiences, her philosophy is grounded in a desire to open up spatial potential in order to foster a freer, more interactive, and more sensitive relationship with our environment.

Entracte

perceptible form,  the Entracte lamp offers a sensory experience of time.

Figures at large

DOMESTIC ORNAMENTS

creates suggestive low-resolution figures that interact with domestic space,
transforming the interior into a terrain for expression and imagination.
