Semaphore

Nomad Flashlight
2026

The Semaphore lamp explores light as a spatial potential. Flashlights are traditionally objects of direction - made to point forward, toward the elsewhere. This lamp inverts that gesture: illuminating the here, holding space instead of aiming beyond it.

Crafted to be carried with you wherever you go, this pocket artefact acts as an anchor point. The red light draws on a collective instinct as a signal of waiting, a moment of suspension, an invitation to settle.Wherever it lands, this small lamp becomes a spatial mark, letting place emerge from any space, offering a soft cue, a somewhere to anchor yourself.
